Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • nationally(South Africa): 2–5 business days

  • International: we unfortunately do not deliver outside of South Africa yet.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa. International shipping is available on select items — please check individual product pages for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim.
